Sales Executive
Fuel Your Sales Career with a High-Growth Opportunity
At City Wide Facility Solutions – Boston, we’re transforming how commercial properties across Central and Eastern Massachusetts manage their facility services. As a leader in the managed services space, we connect businesses with top-tier vendors and act as a single source of accountability for everything from janitorial to maintenance and beyond.
We’re looking for a Sales Executive who thrives on hunting for new business, closing complex B2B deals, and building partnerships that deliver real value. This is a high-impact role focused on generating new revenue—not managing existing accounts.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients in target markets
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to hit and exceed targets
- Consult with business decision-makers to uncover facility management needs
- Present tailored solutions and drive the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding
Why Sell for City Wide:
- Uncapped commissions with a strong base salary
- Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life, FSA & HRA
- 401(k) with company match
- Generous time off: 9 paid holidays, PTO, and Volunteer Time Off
- Professional development support, including reimbursement for training and education
- Career growth potential with a company on a strong upward trajectory
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with a focus on new business generation
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong hunter mentality—you’re energized by cold outreach and closing deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
If you’re ready to build your pipeline, crush your quota, and be part of a company that rewards your results, we want to hear from you.
